Cross-country skiing

In the winter-months we are constantly preparing cross-country ski trails for you: courses for classic skiing, in most cases also suitable for skate skiing.

For a token charge of 2.50 Euro you can order the map on your right-hand side at the Tourist-Information Office in Hopferau.

Course Ho1

Length: 9km
Degree of difficulty: easy to relatively difficult
Course type: classic skiing

Description:
Circular course  from Schraden (car park Schützenheim) in the direction of Hopferau, then turn south, along the Hopfensee to the inn called “Wiesbauer”. From there you return to your departure base passing Dornach.

Course Ho2

Length: 3km
Degree of difficulty: easy to relatively difficult
Course Type: tailored for skate skiing

Description:
Circular course from Hopferau “Auenhalle”. Pass the carpenter’s shop “Ambros” in southern direction. Continue your tour in the direction of Osterreuten and back to the departure base.
